Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with travel tips that I still remember. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back for a xmas.

The breakfast here is a delightful spread, with plenty of everything to fuel your adventure! I also loved having a kettle and tea-making facilities in my spacious room—perfect for winding down after exploring Granada's bustling streets and trying local tapas at nearby spots like Almoraima and Eco Cafe.

On the flip side, the shower's design leaves a lot to be desired, with leaks and tricky maneuvering. Plus, I found myself unplugging the kettle just to access the lamp. With much potential, it felt like a tired 2-star hotel rather than the 4-star experience advertised.

However, I faced issues during my stay. On the first night, my room had an ant infestation which prompted a last-minute room change. Additionally, some cleanliness details fell short, with visible dust in corners and marks on the furniture.

Great place for a quick stay

Had a good time here! The staff were super friendly, and I loved the cold water with lemon they offered after long walks. My room was clean and cozy but no view which was a bit of a bummer. The location is excellent. everything's really close. Just be aware of the noisy cleaning staff in the mornings.

The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for local tapas that truly enriched our experience. The breakfast offered a variety of flavorful options that kept us energized for our day of exploration. However, navigating the bathroom layout was challenging due to design flaws, and the room's lack of view was disappointing. I also found the Wi-Fi connection inconsistent at times, which affected our ability to plan efficiently. The location was decent, but not as central as expected, leading to longer walks to some attractions.

the only downside was that parking was far away. but the room was very clean and well equipped. breakfast had plenty of options. plus the staff were super friendly and helpful with local tips.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location, the staff provided helpful recommendations and offered luggage storage, and it was just a five-minute walk to the bus stop for the Alhambra.
